Welcome to Chatzyo.in, a free online chat and voice chat platform. By accessing or using Chatzyo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Chatzyo. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access the platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Chatzyo, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share personal contact information (phone number, email, address)
• Post sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or provide false identity
• Promote scams, spam, unsafe websites, or advertisements
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

3. Voice Chat Rules

Chatzyo provides a WebRTC-based voice chat feature. By using it, you agree that:

• Your microphone audio is shared only with the user you call
• Calls are NOT recorded or stored by Chatzyo
• You will not share abusive, harmful, or inappropriate audio content
• You will not attempt to record, leak, or misuse another user’s voice

Voice chats are private between users. Chatzyo does not listen to or monitor calls.

4. No Chat or Call Storage

Chatzyo does not store chat messages or voice data permanently. All communication is real-time only.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your actions on the platform. Chatzyo is not responsible for:

• What users say or share in chat rooms
• A private chat or private voice call between users
• Any harm, conflict, or misunderstanding caused by users

6. Moderation & Bans

We may remove content or ban users at any time if they:

• Violate the Terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to harm the platform or users
• Bypass restrictions or misuse features

Moderation decisions may be permanent and are not negotiable.

7. Reporting Misuse

If you encounter harmful activity, you may report it to:

8. Limitation of Liability

Chatzyo is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee:

• Platform uptime or availability
• Error-free or uninterrupted service
• Accuracy or safety of user-generated content

Chatzyo is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or conflict between users
• Misuse of chat or voice call features by users
• Technical issues beyond our control

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Chatzyo means you accept the updated terms.
